I researched a lot of places and had a friend who got All-on-4s before. The lowest quote I seen was $50,000 - $60,000 and I always thought it was out of my range and I would never fix my teeth. Then I ran into Bionic Smile, started watching their videos and realized this was my ticket so I took the leap.
I called, had an appointment within a few days, got the procedure done and here I am. No more dental problems. I can eat anything I want again and I'm not embarrassed to smile or laugh anymore! Thanks Bionic Smile.
I've experienced nothing negative at Bionic Smile. Everything from walking in and being scared, every appointment being productive, you guys helping see all the way through until my final teeth replacement. This was the best decision I ever made. It took me 65 years but now I can live again! Thank you Bionic Smile.
I was told that I needed all-on-4s by my dentist. So my wife and I started our research. Our first quote was insane, $60,000. We nearly gave up and then found Bionic Smile. We spoke with Shay and committed that day. It was the best decision we have ever made. It's been a journey, but worth every penny. The Bionic Smile staff and procedure gave me my life back.
If I can give a million star's for my million dollar smile I would! Let me start off by saying Bionic Smile is with you every step of the way to make sure I was happy. They gave me my smile back. Flew in from Florida and boy let me tell you worth the research and wait. Thank you so much for everything! This is the place to go!

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root that is placed into your jawbone to support a replacement tooth, bridge or denture. If you have multiple missing or damaged teeth, it is possible to replace a full arch of teeth. That is called an All-on-4.
Bionic Smile's All-on-4 procedure is 12 "real' zirconia teeth placed on 4 implants.
Dental implants are titanium posts that are surgically placed into your jawbone. Why titanium? They are strong and biocompatible so they fuse with your jaw.
While most dental clinics use acrylic or hybrid teeth, Bionic Smile uses the highest quality Zirconia. Why Zirconia? They look like natural teeth but they are much stronger and more durable than regular teeth. Zirconia is also stain resistant and biocompatible so they last a lifetime.
You should have good oral health and enough jawbone to support the implant. If you don't have enough, you can do a bone grafting procedure to help repair and grow missing jawbone.
The procedure itself is usually done under local anesthesia or sedation, so you shouldn't feel any pain. However, some discomfort and swelling my occur afterwards, which can be managed by medication.
Depending on the quality of materials, with proper care, Bionic Smile's All-on-4s can last a lifetime.
Dental implants have a 98% success rate. While rare, dental implants can fail if they don't fuse properly with the jawbone, or if there is an infection or other complication. This is why it is important to find the right place for the procedure. With good dentistry, proper care and maintenance, the risk of implant failure is low.
